It also involves accountability to the public and the profession, with mechanisms in place to address misconduct or breaches of professional standards.

This would include a commitment to ethical standards, an advocacy for professional development, a focus on public safety and welfare, collaborative leadership, and adaptability and innovation. My contributions would strengthen APEGA’s leadership in upholding professional standards, fostering a culture of lifelong learning, and ensuring that public trust in the profession remains paramount.
