    APEGA will file a notice of appeal to the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench against a decision made by an Alberta Human Rights Commission tribunal known as Ladislav Mihaly vs. The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
