APEGA Announces New Phone Number and New Edmonton Office Location

Effective immediately, you can reach APEGA’s Edmonton and Calgary offices by dialling the same phone number: 587-489-1500. This results from behind-the-scenes work to modernize our phone systems and streamline our business processes.

The existing 403 and 780 numbers will remain in operation for one year, and our toll-free number, 1-800-661-7020, remains unchanged.

Edmonton office moving

As announced in October 2023, APEGA’s Edmonton office will be moving from downtown to Commerce South Office Park in the southside of the city. From October 23 to 31, 2024, the Edmonton office will be closed to in-person traffic during this time, reopening at the new location on November 1.

Edmonton staff will be working remotely and will be reachable by phone or email during this time. The Calgary office will be open for regular business hours.

The new office provides modern workspaces with a reduced overall square footage, leading to significant cost savings and enabling long-term financial sustainability and adaptability to a hybrid working model.
