Calgary Branch Luncheon | IoT and Asset Management

29 Apr 2025
Register by April 24, 2025

The Internet of Things (IoT) has the potential to be able to monitor anything, anywhere, anytime. It also means needing to make sense of magnitudes of data and a corresponding number of new assets. Then deciding what to do with all the resulting data to make it information. Some of that data will be targeted to improving the understanding and operation of the larger assets themselves supporting initiatives such as predictive maintenance, one of the justifications for an effective IoT and asset management program.

In this session, Ian will describe how the additional information available from sensors provides challenges and value to an organization to improve asset awareness and utilization.
