Webinar | Handling Challenging Calls & Conversations

24 Apr 2025
Register by April 23, 2025

Handling Challenging Calls & Conversations examines some of the barriers that can come up when speaking with others (clients, colleagues, friends, family, professionals, etc.) and suggests strategies that may help us overcome these challenges.

This session aims to identify strategies that can be used to communicate effectively with others who:

  • have lower levels of cognitive functioning
  • are experiencing intense emotions during a call
  • are using abusive behavior
  • may be under the influence of alcohol or a substance
  • may have several issues or more than can be handled in one call or conversation

This session will be held through ON24.
