About the speaker 
Darren Hopkins, P.Eng, PMP, is a culture enthusiast who has spent more than 15 years exploring what it means to live a life of connection and enrichment. Based on his second chance and building from the trials of his life, Darren creates a space for dialogue and self-reflection through storytelling and shares practical tools he developed and applied to further his development journey. Darren holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and works in the energy industry where he applies broad perspectives and systems thinking to develop, articulate, and implement strategic opportunities. Outside of the office, you're likely to find Darren with his family on a local bike path or hiking trail or trying a new brew in a nearby coffee shop.
