Webinar | Lightbulb Moments at the Intersection of Emotional Intelligence and Systems Thinking

24 Sep 2024
Register by September 23, 2024

Darren Hopkins, P.Eng., shares the story of the lowest point in his professional career and describes how he learned to reframe the situation and reshape the narrative, and how through his love for coffee he built a system to learn the unlearnable.

Learning objectives:

  • How feedback is a tremendous gift, but withers in psychologically unsafe environments
  • The power of framing, and how we can own the narrative to shape challenging situations into workable opportunities
  • How we can overcome unthinkable obstacles by starting with small steps and building momentum

This session will be held through ON24.
