In this session, we will explore strategies to manage stress and demand, communicate and set boundaries, and move towards work-life wellness.

About the Presenter

Beth MacLeod, registered provisional psychologist, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in psychology, education, and workplace wellness. As a former educator, Beth encourages meaningful engagement with sessions so that participants walk away with a practical foundation they can implement immediately. Beth enjoys working with event organizers to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities, and customizes learning to each unique audience. Although Beth brings a variety of passions and interests, some areas she enjoys presenting on are:
