Proof of Identity Requirement for APEGA Licensure
APEGA requires all applicants to provide proof of identity with their application.
To prove your identity, you must provide a copy of one of the document types listed below. Accepted file types are PDF, TIF, PNG, or JPG with a file size under 16 MB. If necessary, more than one file can be uploaded.

*Valid means dated and current. We will not accept expired documents.
If your name differs between documents, please provide a copy of a legal name change document or marriage certificate. Undocumented name mismatches will cause delays in your application.
Professional member applications also require proof of citizenship or residency.
Inter-provincial mobility applications require a proof of identity document appropriate to the application type.
You must provide acceptable proof of identity documents to prevent the delay or withdrawal of your application.
