About the speaker
Jennifer Kirkelund is a registered provisional psychologist at Insight Psychological Inc. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University and brings a strong foundation in both education and mental health to her work. Jennifer believes clients are the experts of their own lives and works from a compassionate, non-judgmental, and solution-focused approach. She integrates cognitive behavioural therapy, ACT, positive psychology, and mindfulness-based techniques to support clients in achieving their goals. With a background in corporate, government, and educational settings, she has experience supporting individuals through organizational change, workplace challenges, and career transitions.
